@5Concept Wait your kidding? That’s exactly the same setup I have! 😛
I have x4 640 3.4ghc gtx460 and normal hardrive and mines like 15 seconds lol
I have a bog standard hard drive and it takes me 26 seconds to load 3ds max from when the 3ds max loading screen to showing the max window. yours takes the same time from 0.39 to 1.05.
So i essentially load max at the same speed with these low specs.
e6600 core 2 duo @3.12ghz
3gb ddr2 800mhz
seagate st315000341as hard drive
30 seconds for max alone is too much, an HDD takes that long.
Cool to run 3dx, but I can boot windows 7 in 10 seconds
wow your cool
it should be faster
Nice 39 sec. . I hope my new System will boot as fast as that with an AMD X6 , Asus Crosshair IV Formula , 128GB SSD and 8GB Ram
@redskinmagic
Now it boots in 31s . I think its ok . What do you think about it ???
Boottime without Postroutine from BIOS.
I should make a new video.
I wonder about the visitors …count 11.620 not bad 😉
@EQualizer10
I dont know. I´ve got an Intel Core I7 870..Win64 and ASUS Board. The Video was made with older Hardware. I have to test it once more.
This is not normal for SSD..it’s too slow. something’s wrong here. bad bios settings? slow cpu? old, „dirty“ win installation?
there must be something wrong, SSD should boot faster…especially that one with sandforce controller, what’s your machine configuration?
The last two videos I watched about the OCZ Vertex had this damn song playing. I enjoyed the video but I had it muted while playing.
My mac mini with an Intel X18 boots faster!
corsair are cheaper and better
amazing song o/
Thank you for watching !
I dont understand this video. What was 21.95 seconds ? „Windos is starting“ (Windows wird gestartet) appeared at 0:07 then booting has ended at about 0:42 (watch the „working“ mouse cursor arrow with spinning circle), although we cant see the tray icons, if they are loaded yet or not. That is 35 seconds. Not bad, but not a world record either, my comp boots in about 34-35 seconds with conventional HDDs (in raid0 tho), at a fraction of expense. Why should we buy this SDD? Why did you say that ?
